📋 Description

• Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently from kickoff through stabilization • Drive implementation success across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption • Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks • Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting • Serve as an escalation point for high-risk or high-impact projects • Diagnose root causes, drive resolution, and preserve client relationships • Identify and own implementation health metrics • Use data to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction across the portfolio • Informally mentor implementation managers • Champion AI and tooling adoption within the implementations function • Share effective AI use cases and best practices with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery • Demonstrated ownership of the most complex client engagements in your portfolio • Deep expertise in enterprise implementation strategy, change management, and organizational transformation • Track record of designing processes or frameworks that measurably improved delivery speed, consistency, or client satisfaction across a team • Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and navigate complex, politically sensitive organizational dynamics • Deep familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows, including draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, loan administration, and regulatory requirements • Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies • Subject matter expert orientation • Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, workflow automation, decision-making, and strategic insights
