📋 Description

• Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and system optimization initiatives • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, goals, and operational needs • Develop implementation strategies and workflow recommendations based on client objectives and operational complexity • Identify implementation risks and opportunities • Guide clients toward scalable and efficient solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation • Lead implementation engagements from onboarding through launch and transition • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations • Coordinate implementation activities and keep clients on track • Monitor progress and proactively address risks and challenges • Support transitions to ongoing support and account management teams • Conduct system audits and workflow reviews • Assist with configuration challenges, operational workflows, and system utilization • Deliver training, consulting, and guidance to maximize platform value • Translate complex functionality into practical recommendations and actionable next steps • Partner with Product, Support, Research, Client Success, and other teams • Share client feedback, workflow insights, and implementation trends • Contribute implementation knowledge, best practices, resources, standards, and onboarding practices • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and client adoption outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, client success, customer onboarding, professional services, or related customer-facing roles • Advanced consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and client engagements simultaneously • Ability to analyze business processes and translate client needs into practical system solutions • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements, conferences, and business needs • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) • Must have reliable high-speed internet access • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • US Citizens or Green Card holders with no special circumstances living in the US • Preferred: Experience working within SaaS, software, or technology environments • Preferred: Experience supporting onboarding, implementation, or client adoption initiatives • Preferred: Experience facilitating training, consulting engagements, or workflow discovery sessions • Preferred: Experience working with business systems, operational workflows, or process improvement initiatives
