📋 Description

• Oversee new and existing contract/client implementations, client system conversions, internal onboarding initiatives, enhanced solution design, internal enhancement initiatives, and efficiency enhancements • Plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding customers into the EnableComp service suite • Manage the implementation team of project managers and analysts • Ensure implementation timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction • Lead software-based product implementations and service integration activities • Guide internal resources and clients on solution design and integration with Health Information Systems and Clearinghouses such as Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, and Experian • Represent the company’s operational expertise and manage executive client relationships • Resolve client-reported issues and actionable items • Develop and implement processes to track and measure implementation status, delivery time, quality, and client satisfaction • Align business and IT roadmaps across Operations, Sales/Marketing, Finance, and IT • Build processes supporting planning, business continuity, scalable operations, and continual improvement • Provide status and effectiveness reporting to senior management • Support Sales & Marketing with pricing, proposals, and prospect presentations or meetings • Manage process improvement and technology-based projects supporting revenue growth and cost reduction • Research potential new revenue streams and recommend implementation steps • Contribute to change management and integration/adoption efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required • PMP preferable, not required • 10+ years experience implementing complex, enterprise software in a software as a service environment, 5+ of which should be in a customer-facing role • 5+ years in a senior leadership role • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Ability to travel up to 20% • Regular and predictable attendance • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills • Experience managing a project management team • Ability to manage through ambiguity and provide clear direction to the project team • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), webinar tools, Internet-based systems and programs, Microsoft Project and/or other similar project planning tools • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally • Excellent organizational skills and a proven customer service orientation • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client personnel • Proven record of execution to time and budget
