📋 Description

• Lead successful implementation of key Health Plan initiatives and product execution • Develop and manage implementation strategies and project plans for end-to-end product and initiative implementation • Translate product documentation into business requirements • Lead cross-functional teams in creating implementation plans and rollout documentation • Collaborate with departments on tactical tasks, implementation, and administration for government program product lines • Communicate implementation status, objectives, success metrics, and risks/issues throughout the organization • Assess project issues and lead resolution development • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory environments affecting products • Manage complex concurrent projects and vendor relations • Coordinate product filings and reporting with government agencies • Identify internal resources to respond to agency requests and implement new guidance • Serve as conduit between government agencies, internal departments, and subcontracted agencies • Coordinate and monitor required reporting and filings to meet contract requirements • Support daily operations and business objectives for Medicare Advantage, ACA, and commercial health insurance products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare related field • 3 years experience in health insurance industry or related field required • Experience working within Health Plan and/or project management experience, preferred • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), preferred • Knowledge and experience of Medicare Advantage, Affordable Care Act (ACA), and commercial health insurance products • Ability to indirectly lead cross-functional teams • Ability to manage complex concurrent projects and vendor relations • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting health insurance products • Ability to coordinate product filings and reporting with government programs and agencies
