📋 Description

• Provide best-in-class customer service to Logically’s customer base • Manage open tickets and projects and complete technical and operational tasks for project deliverables • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for assigned implementation projects • Deploy and configure security infrastructure based on business and technology requirements • Execute firewall builds, upgrades, and complex configurations across SonicWall, Fortinet, and other platforms • Deploy and configure SASE/SSE solutions, including FortiSASE and SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge • Implement email security solutions, including Proofpoint configuration, policy deployment, and mail-infrastructure integration • Deploy and configure security awareness training platforms, including KnowBe4 campaigns, phishing simulations, and reporting dashboards • Deploy and configure endpoint security solutions, including SentinelOne, Huntress, and other NGAV platforms • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based log collectors and syslog infrastructure for SIEM integration • Implement wireless solutions including access points, controllers, and captive portals • Configure site-to-site, client-based, and remote-access VPN solutions • Implement switching solutions including VLANs, spanning tree, link aggregation, and access control • Configure security policies including NAT, access rules, content filtering, and security services • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule implementation activities and manage timelines • Conduct project status meetings and provide stakeholder updates • Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for advanced or escalated issues • Validate deployments through systematic testing and quality assurance • Create and maintain deployment documentation, as-built diagrams, configuration standards, and troubleshooting guides • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine procedures and identify process improvements • Provide escalated support for complex technical issues • Mentor Security Implementation Technicians • Participate in an on-call rotation for critical customer needs • Ensure compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements • Apply risk management principles to assess configurations and recommend improvements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, OR commensurate professional experience • 3-5 years of experience in network and security implementation or engineering roles • At least 1 of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE4 or higher, SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Network+, SSCP, Pentest+ • Demonstrated experience deploying and configuring enterprise firewall platforms • Experience with SASE/SSE platforms and cloud-delivered security services preferred • Familiarity with email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar) preferred • Experience with security awareness training platforms (KnowBe4 or similar) preferred • Strong knowledge of firewall policies, security standards, and ruleset management • Understanding of network protocols including STP, LAG, LACP, ACL, LLDP, 802.1X, and NAC • Understanding of L2/L3 switching and routing technologies • Experience with Linux command line and basic system administration • Familiarity with endpoint security platforms and deployment methodologies • Experience with SIEM platforms and log collection infrastructure preferred • Knowledge of wireless technologies and deployment best practices preferred • Demonstrated project coordination skills with ability to manage timelines and deliverables • Ability to read and interpret network diagrams and technical specifications • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both verbally and in written form • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate collaboration and knowledge sharing • Business acumen; translating business requirements into technical implementations • Flexible and able to remain calm in times of stress while managing multiple priorities at one time • Active listener with excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Team player mentality and willingness to share knowledge with others • Willingness to work alternate shifts as required to support implementation schedules and customer needs
