📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and professional roles across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, and Finance • Recruit across three U.S. locations in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota • Operate using LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now HRIS for applications without a full ATS system • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define staffing needs and clarify job requirements • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, particularly for manufacturing environments • Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams • Coordinate and schedule remote and onsite interviews • Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate applicant data and recruiting reports

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including recruiting in medical device companies • Manufacturing industry recruiting experience required • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated success recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles • Experience supporting multi-site hiring across the U.S. • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, consistent updates • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously • Experience with HR/ATS systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred • Active experience using LinkedIn Recruiter • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools • Ability to work across multiple time zones supporting hiring teams in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota
