🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role, as all communication with candidates and clients will be conducted in English. • Must be freelancer or willing to become one. • Must be able to invoice. • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role within the Recruitment & Staffing industry is strongly preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional approach to candidate and client engagement. • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously in a remote working environment. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a freelance professional without the need for day-to-day supervision.
