📋 Description

• Support a key client's recruiting needs for manufacturing roles • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways • Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment and talent management • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities • Advocate for candidates, remove barriers, and prepare them for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Meet recruitment metrics, workload commitments, and client expectations • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills, local labor markets, and workforce management • Stay current and develop expertise in the changing world of work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting within manufacturing • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate phone screens • High school diploma or equivalent • Workday experience preferred • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
