📋 Description

• Support a key client's recruiting needs for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer across multiple locations • Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Connect candidates' skills to job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates to opportunities • Remove barriers and equip candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Stay informed about in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting skilled trades positions within a manufacturer • Experience managing a requisition load of 50+ requisitions • Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a nice-to-have
