📋 Description

• Support a key client's recruiting needs for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer across multiple locations • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities • Build and grow a diverse candidate pipeline through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Use social networks and industry communities to build relationships with candidates and clients • Manage workload, performance metrics, and commitments • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and customer service to candidates and clients • Remove barriers and provide candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the dynamics of the local labor market and workforce management • Drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and portfolio growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer • Experience managing a requisition load of 50+ requisitions • Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
