📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful skilled-trade opportunities • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates to opportunities • Manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload • Advocate for candidates and provide information and tools to prepare them for successful employment • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client and candidate satisfaction • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor and workforce-management dynamics • Educate clients on the local market • Meet performance targets and commitments • Recruit for multiple locations simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer • Experience managing a requisition load of 50+ requisitions • Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment • Ability to execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Ability to meet performance targets and commitments
