📋 Description

• Support a key client's corporate recruitment needs • Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop career pathways • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver performance metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Use role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge requirements to market, screen, and present candidates • Improve sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities • Prepare candidates for successful employment by providing information and tools • Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty • Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and labor-market dynamics • Educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce-management conditions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for corporate positions • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Ability to execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Experience with role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge requirements • Nice to have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree • Nice to have: Experience with ADT and/or Powersuite systems
