📋 Description

• Support a key client's corporate recruitment needs • Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Market, screen, and present candidates using role competencies, skills, and knowledge • Improve sourcing strategies and build a growing, diverse candidate pipeline through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Exceed client expectations and expand influence within the client portfolio • Screen and assess candidates accurately and advocate for them in career opportunities • Remove barriers and provide candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and an exceptional hiring experience • Maintain expertise in in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce-management dynamics • Meet performance targets and put more people to work • Build loyalty and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for corporate positions • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Experience with ADT and/or Powersuite systems is nice to have • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
