📋 Description

• Support a key client's business needs through corporate recruitment • Connect motivated candidates with job opportunities and develop pathways toward their career goals • Build candidate pipelines and client relationships through social networks and industry communities • Own workload and deliver recruitment metrics and commitments • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Use role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge requirements to market, screen, and present candidates • Improve sourcing strategies through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns • Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities • Remove barriers and provide candidates with information and tools for successful employment • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering commitments and an exceptional hiring experience • Maintain expertise in in-demand skills and advise candidates and clients • Educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce-management dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for corporate positions • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills • Experience with ADT and/or Powersuite systems is nice to have • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have • Ability to execute full-cycle recruitment processes • Ability to understand role competencies, skills, and knowledge requirements • Ability to screen and assess candidates • Ability to build candidate pipelines through digital outreach and attraction campaigns
