📋 Description

• Gather technical information from technical teams, project managers, product managers, and other client subject-matter experts • Facilitate workshops to organize the creation, updating, and archiving of content • Write clear, concise product information • Format content in accordance with documentation guidelines • Create decision trees, process diagrams, and operating procedures • Write training materials and train knowledge stakeholders • Manage translation requests • Build and maintain a terminology glossary and manage synonyms • Create or source content illustrations, including screenshots and videos • Integrate content into client tools: self-service knowledge base, chatbot, technical knowledge base, voicebot, and web portal • Enter the required metadata • Ensure the consistency and quality of the documentation knowledge base • Recommend improvements to content management tools and editorial guidelines • Monitor, analyze, and address user feedback • Use generative AI to gather information and write clear, concise technical documents • Contribute to organizations’ knowledge management strategies in relation to AI

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, software engineering, or information science • Previous experience writing manuals, operating guides, or technical documentation • Proficiency in, or a strong aptitude for adopting, new working methods and innovative tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) • Ability to adapt to different business contexts • Proactive approach and strong communication skills for gathering information from subject-matter experts • Strong command of English • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking • Required experience level: 1–2 years
