📋 Description

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity • Drive progress against Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon footprint reduction commitments • Translate high-level sustainability goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables • Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes into product lines • Partner with factories, mills, and third-party vendors to align with Everlane’s environmental and social standards • Support and evolve vendor compliance programs, including data collection, performance tracking, and continuous improvement • Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting • Support systems for tracking environmental and social compliance data • Partner with Marketing and Creative on sustainability storytelling and website updates • Collaborate with Workplace and Retail teams to embed sustainability practices across physical spaces • Provide progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadership • Represent Everlane in industry conversations, conferences, and working groups • Monitor sustainability trends, innovations, and regulatory changes and bring insights to the business

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field • Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments • Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously • Comfortable speaking in large groups and with the press • Love for market research and benchmarking • Rigorous about staying informed on the latest technology and trends in sustainability • Passion for global sustainability and making a long-term impact in our climate • Must file taxes in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington

🏖️ Benefits

• Fully remote position • Annual compensation range of $105,000–$143,000
