📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate vendor meetings; become familiar with offerings and services • Listen and learn in meetings and ask questions as appropriate • Use media research tools including Comscore, Kantar, and MRI after training • Compile research data and assist with monthly competitive analysis slides • Assist with the RFP process and evaluate proposals alongside the Media Planner • Manage campaign authorizations and collect NDAs and W9s • Assist with insertion orders and manage vendor countersigning • Prioritize and manage multiple projects • Coordinate online creative trafficking with the Advertising Ops Team using Traffic Sheets • Learn the optimization process and pull reports • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 0–2 years of experience in media planning and buying digital media • Detail-oriented with strong math aptitude • Presentation skills • Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office — PowerPoint, Excel and Word • Eligible for hire in select U.S. locations based on business and operational considerations
