📋 Description

• Oversee the copywriting team • Ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives • Sculpt big ideas that drive action through deep understanding of problems, solutions, and target audiences • Develop strategic, crafted copy for projects in a heavily regulated pharmaceutical industry • Use words to drive action among target audiences and teammates • Pitch creative solutions persuasively • Collaborate with multiple departments to bring messaging to life across digital channels • Work with internal and external account and creative teams on complex projects • Perform all other duties as assigned • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, inclusive behaviors, and proactive bias management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required • 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field • 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred • High science experience preferred, such as oncology or HIV • Portfolio/book featuring conceptual work, digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions, and banners • Knowledge of writing in a digital landscape, from strategy development to banners, websites, and SEO • Experience with complex projects involving internal and external account and creative teams • Strong copywriting background • Exceptional leadership skills • Passion for storytelling
