📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate Corporate Banking staff activities, assignments, daily processing, policies, procedures, and special projects • Manage Corporate Banking staff, including work assignments, training, management communication, decision-making, and performance evaluations • Plan, prioritize, and monitor team workflow and functions • Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate bank transactions and daily/monthly reconciliations • Manage electronic bank statement processing and work with staff to post open items in SAP FEBAN • Support Treasury operations, including bank transmissions, wires, and bank user-access reviews • Resolve system issues with technical teams • Maintain banking functions including bank-file transmission, bank reconciliations, and user administration • Coordinate training for banking staff • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and controls, including Corporate Treasury narratives and Model Audit Rule controls • Ensure cash transactions follow cash-flow and authorization policies • Implement best practices and continuous-improvement methodologies • Collaborate on bank-related system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements • Support requirements gathering, blueprint documentation, and user-acceptance testing • Handle escalated banking issues for internal departments and bank partners • Collaborate with Finance partners to resolve banking, cash, and system issues • Maintain effective internal and external communications • Communicate company and department strategic goals and progress • Monitor direct-report performance and provide coaching • Assist with unit-budget development and monitor expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment • In-depth knowledge of SAP, GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, practices, and process flow • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, analyze data, oversee assigned tasks and projects, make informed decisions, and meet tight deadlines • Excellent organizational and planning skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to analyze work processes and drive changes • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal relationship skills • Clean credit history as reported by credit report • For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Must comply with information security and privacy policies • Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
