📋 Description

• Lead internal and external day-to-day operations and delivery of low-to-medium complexity tactical marketing projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and deliver projects on time and within budget • Adhere to organizational quality and process standards in a regulated pharmaceutical environment • Foster client and partner agency relationships • Co-own projects alongside senior-level Account and Project Management staff • Contribute to comprehensive project plans • Deliver submissions for regulatory review • Manage multiple projects concurrently • Steer the strategic execution of marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable field or equivalent education plus professional experience required • Two to five years of professional experience in an Account and/or Project Management role • Experience at an agency • Experience within a regulated environment is a plus • Proactive, solution-driven, nimble self-starter with excellent organization skills • Strong attention to detail • Client service mindset and comfort acting as liaison between client and agency • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Understanding of foundational project management skills and standards • Comfort leading teams through a project’s lifecycle • Solid understanding of scope and change management • Familiarity with project burn analysis, communication, action and mitigation • Understanding of how to identify and escalate project risk • Experience building timelines and project estimates • Basic understanding of Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build trusting relationships, internally and externally • Positive attitude • Basic negotiation skills • High level of accountability and ownership of project actions • Proven organizational and time management skills • Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Periodic travel required
