📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple change programs and monitor projects to control and achieve cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization • Ensure projects adhere to project management best practices and standard approaches • Manage regulatory and compliance-related reporting and submission projects to state and federal agencies • Implement best practices for successful delivery of projects across the business • Manage project scope and business cases, project vision and blueprints, benefits and quality, stakeholders, planning, milestones, risks, and issues • Lead project prioritization, management information, resource planning, decision-making, and recruitment • Ensure projects produce required deliverables within time and cost constraints • Lead and monitor project reporting and assist organizational leaders with Senior Management reporting • Maintain planning and resource tracking across projects using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project • Develop and manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or more lines of business • Maintain strategic planning logs, posts, files, and initiatives • Provide quality assurance according to defined Project Solutions processes • Lead project closure and document lessons learned • Build cohesion across organizational departments and motivate delivery of quality work • Lead project planning, milestone, scope, resource forecasting, financial, and change management across the project portfolio • Develop regular status reporting for all levels of the business • Develop and ensure efficient change-control methods and processes • Facilitate cross-organizational project teams and leadership communication • Develop customer relationship process flows and assess impact on customer service • Handle difficult personnel situations using appropriate discretion and HR advice • Research best practices and project-related issues and products • Lead innovation, continuous process improvement, and internal/external collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects while managing multiple projects with minimal supervision • Extensive experience in the PBM industry, including regulatory and compliance-related reporting and submissions to state and federal agencies • Expert experience leading complete project lifecycles with project teams of 2 to 15 people • Expert experience using Agile methodology or equivalent for medium to large-sized projects • Expert skills creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies • Highly efficient resource planning and task assignment • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship-building skills • Ability to influence people at all levels of the business • Ability to mediate disagreements and negotiate resolutions • Ability to research best practices and conduct project-related research • Highly developed change agility in a dynamic enterprise • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management or Project Management • Five years of business analysis or project management experience • Understanding of the Agile development lifecycle • Availability during core hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST • Ability to adjust work times for meetings across all time zones • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as industry demands • Minimal travel may be required in the future
