📋 Description

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope to exceed expectations • Handle multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously • Coordinate project activities with clients and team leads • Initiate projects, manage workflow, and prepare support teams for success from intake to closure • Assist with managing client expectations and maintaining clarity and satisfaction • Oversee project planning and execution to ensure effective, on-time delivery • Facilitate smooth handoffs to support teams • Provide regular project progress updates to CompassMSP management

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years’ experience in an IT and/or Telecom Project Management Role – preferred • Technical experience implementing and supporting IT and/or Telecom Solutions – preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration and customer service skills • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers • Self-directed and focused • Strong problem-solving and planning skills • Highly detail-conscious • Strong multitasking and time management skills • Ability to work with remote teams • Strong customer service skills • Deadline driven • Preferred system experience using ticketing systems such as ConnectWise and ServiceNow • Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere
