📋 Description

• Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers • Identify, research, and critically evaluate medical literature to create evidence-based responses • Handle requests across phone, email, CRM, chat, and other platforms • Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions • Perform intake for adverse event and product complaint reports in compliance with procedures • Coordinate product quality complaint processes with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants • Maintain product, therapeutic area, and client-specific knowledge • Ensure accurate documentation, high quality, and excellent customer service • Draft Medical Information response documents, including FAQs, SRDs, and CRDs • Staff scientific medical affairs booths as needed • Participate in assigned on-call responsibilities • Support market and competitive product research, operational improvements, field team training, and field liaison activities • Maintain and improve contact center performance metrics and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced healthcare degree preferred, preferably PharmD or higher • Strong clinical background • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Pharmacist license preferred • Experience in a contact center and pharmaceutical industry environment preferred • Proficiency with telephony, medical information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms • Therapeutic expertise • Ability to critically evaluate medical literature • Knowledge of medical information contact center systems and processes • Experience in Drug Information or a specialty area preferred, particularly Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, rare disease, Neurology, or Cardiology • Able to work full time and maintain flexible scheduling • Able to travel up to 10% • Ability to perform office-related physical duties, including sitting or standing for long periods and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
