📋 Description

• Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods • Maintain safety stock and reorder points by SKU and material • Prepare inputs, run scenarios, publish outputs, and track follow-up actions for monthly S&OP • Build and maintain formula-driven, auditable planning models and run-rate tools • Support supplier negotiations through cost analysis, quote comparisons, and should-cost modeling • Maintain accurate supplier contracts, pricing records, expirations, commitments, and renewal dates • Monitor supplier OTIF, quality performance, risk, and scorecards • Monitor single-source exposure, tariff changes, capacity constraints, supplier financial health, and contingency options • Identify aging and obsolete inventory and coordinate escalation and disposition • Ensure three-way invoice matching and help resolve discrepancies • Coordinate co-manufacturers on scheduling, materials, and issue resolution • Build and maintain production schedules and confirm material availability • Manage ingredients using FEFO principles • Track yield and scrap, investigate variances, and support root-cause resolution • Maintain batch and lot traceability from raw materials through finished goods • Monitor production costs against standards and explain variances • Execute inventory reconciliations and raw-material cycle counts across co-manufacturers and 3PLs • Own disposal and write-off processes, including documentation, approvals, and Finance coordination • Report to and work closely with the Supply Chain Manager as a hands-on individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or a related operations role • CPG, food, beverage, or supplement experience strongly preferred • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and scenario modeling • Ability to build clean, formula-driven workbooks and planning tools without hardcoded values • Experience coordinating directly with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, contract packagers, or similar external operations partners • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with inventory, production, supplier, and cost data • Exceptional follow-up discipline • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple suppliers, production schedules, materials, and deadlines • Clear, direct written communication skills and comfort working with external suppliers and internal cross-functional partners • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Hands-on mindset and willingness to investigate inventory, production, or supplier discrepancies • Familiarity with FEFO, lot traceability, and food-safety documentation, including GMP, FSMA, SQF, and COAs is nice to have • ERP or inventory management system experience, such as NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl, or similar is nice to have • Experience with food and beverage manufacturers is nice to have • Experience supporting supplier scorecards, OTIF measurement, or supplier performance initiatives is nice to have • Exposure to S&OP or structured production and inventory planning processes is nice to have
