📋 Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day activities of the software engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create technical roadmaps. • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and coding guidelines. • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system performance and reliability. • Promote the adoption of agile methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvements. • Prepare and present project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a team leadership role. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python, and relevant frameworks. • Experience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to scalability and performance. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools for deployment automation.
