📋 Description

• The Market Operations Analyst serves as a critical liaison between operational leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. • This role is responsible for understanding business needs, translating operational challenges into documented, actionable requirements, and supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. • The analyst will drive requirements management, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness activities to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. • Lead requirements management activities including business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and documentation standards. • Maintain business, workflow, and operational documentation to support process changes, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. • Facilitate discovery sessions, working groups, and stakeholder discussions to document current and future-state processes. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and support delivery of strategic initiatives. • Manage business requirement document (BRD) deadlines with necessary tools for completion tracking and clearly identifying open items that need inputs from stakeholders. • Provide training to staff on need basis and act as a mentor for new team members. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience • Experience translating complex operational processes into business requirements and process documentation within a healthcare or Medicaid environment • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. • Experience developing business requirements, process flows, and solution mockups. • Able to work independently and within a collaborative team environment with little guidance/supervision. • 2+ years of computer skills, especially: Word, Excel, Miro, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
