📋 Description

• Lead execution of implementations and internal initiatives supporting Evolent’s enterprise strategy and growth • Guide day-to-day activities for at least one strategic initiative or partner project with minimal supervision • Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, deliverables, and activities • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status • Identify and manage dependencies and project impacts across business areas • Identify, monitor, document, and communicate project risks and issues • Hold project teams accountable to critical path timelines and deadlines • Build and maintain relationships with project team members and business owners • Craft audience- and situation-appropriate communications • Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, Business and Testing Analysts, and cross-functional Product, Technology, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams • Support growing team members through mentoring and skill development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 1-2 years of health care management and/or consulting experience • 1-2 years of project management experience • Strong client management or customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Expert knowledge of MS Office products • Previous health care knowledge, preferably in provider systems, health plan operations, implementations, payer contracting, alternative payment models, delegated risk, or ACOs/CINs • Preferred working knowledge of AdaptiveWork or other project management application, Confluence, and JIRA • Preferred PMP project management certification • Government-issued photo ID required for identity verification • Comprehensive background check required • In-person I-9 verification required • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Artificial intelligence tools prohibited during interviews
