📋 Description

• Oversee accounting transactions across business processes, including revenue, accounts receivable, and accounts payable • Assist with month-end close, including posting journal entries • Prepare monthly account reconciliations • Prepare variance analyses, including actual-to-forecast and month-over-month comparisons • Prepare quarterly internal controls documentation • Support quarterly and annual financial statement audits with auditors • Work with multiple project teams across the company • Participate in special projects • Complete identity verification, background check, in-person I-9 verification, and potentially drug screening before employment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting • 3 years of experience in accounting • Experience in the health care industry • Government-issued photo ID required for identity verification • Comprehensive background check required before employment • In-person I-9 verification required • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • Artificial intelligence tools are prohibited during interviews • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps required at home
