📋 Description

• Maintain pricing models and assist with model improvements • Produce reports and other regular deliverables as required by the business • Ensure documentation stays up to date and improve its format • Develop a retrospective learning process and templates • Support standardized processes, templates, and collateral for key pricing activities • Engage in ad hoc financial analyses for the Pricing team • Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Operations, and other Finance teams • Support analysis for complex financial decisions related to the fastest-growing segment of clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or another quantitative field • At least 2 years of experience working in a Finance-related field • Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel • Experience with a consultative approach to financial modeling • Extraordinarily detail oriented • Self-motivated with the ability to formulate and communicate your own solutions to tactical problems • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating into business analytics and recommendations • Candidate who thrives with growth-driven changes • Familiarity with U.S. Health System and financial elements, not required, but preferred • Familiarity with risk and non-risk pricing/contracting, strongly preferred • Basic knowledge of GAAP, preferred • Submission of a government-issued photo ID as part of identity verification • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Ability to plug directly into the home internet router for call center employees • Artificial intelligence tools are prohibited during interviews
