📋 Description

• Define and deliver shared platform components for Evolent's enterprise AI capabilities • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback • Translate business requirements and user needs into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead, coach, and guide product managers • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams on product development, launch, and adoption • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, growth, and end-of-life planning • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and inform iterations • Serve as subject matter expert and evangelist at industry events, conferences, and client meetings • Improve product management processes and methodologies • Manage product budgets and resource allocation • Define and execute enterprise-wide AI product strategy aligned with corporate objectives • Lead product, engineering, and data science organizations in identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI-enabled capabilities • Champion proof-of-concept programs, pilot initiatives, and AI product incubation • Establish frameworks for AI governance, model performance monitoring, responsible AI, and scalability • Drive investment decisions and portfolio prioritization for GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Demonstrated experience in healthcare technology or value-based care sector highly preferred • Proven track record launching and scaling complex software products from conception to market • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory landscape and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) • Extensive leadership experience overseeing GenAI, AI/ML, or advanced analytics product portfolios preferred • Deep expertise in LLMs, responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, and commercialization of AI products preferred • Proven ability to build partnerships with data science, engineering, and executive leadership teams preferred • Experience scaling AI-enabled products across large healthcare, payer, provider, or technology organizations preferred • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Government-issued photo ID submission and identity verification during interviews • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • AI tools prohibited during interviews
