📋 Description
• Handle service calls for issues with reach in and walk in units • Perform commercial HVAC service as part of the workload • Work independently with good judgment • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient with Web Based Applications (tablets) • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration (mostly walk-in and reach in units) • Experience with HVAC service and maintenance • Experience with work order systems and descriptive note taking • rack refrigeration experience is a plus • Minimum 3 years of combined experience • Clean Driving Record • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check • Plumbing experience or other trade experience is a plus
