📋 Description

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the organisation • Create engaging digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended learning solutions • Drive innovation in learning design, technology and delivery methods • Lead the adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions and future skills programmes • Design impactful leadership and management development experiences • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and development priorities • Use data and colleague insights to enhance learning effectiveness • Define and measure the impact of learning interventions • Lead, coach and develop a team of learning professionals • Support major business transformation and change initiatives • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across Evri

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development or People Development • Experience designing and implementing large-scale learning programmes • Strong expertise in instructional design and learning experience design • Experience leading and developing teams • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Strong project and programme management capability • Experience using digital learning technologies and platforms • Ability to use data and insights to drive learning outcomes • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills • Passion for innovation, colleague development and future capability building • Desirable: Experience embedding AI solutions within learning or people development • Desirable: Experience supporting organisational change and transformation • Desirable: Knowledge of learning experience platforms and AI-powered learning technologies • Desirable: CIPD or a relevant Learning & Development qualification
