📋 Description

• Manage Wax Specialist recruiting across an assigned group of centers and markets • Review applications and identify candidates meeting licensing, availability, and location requirements • Conduct initial phone/video screens and evaluate candidates • Source licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists through job boards, social platforms, local communities, and other channels • Maintain candidate communication throughout the interview process • Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and Center Sales Directors • Follow up on interview feedback and next steps • Maintain candidate stages, notes, dispositions, and activity in the ATS • Support offer and pre-employment processes • Build relationships with Esthetics and Cosmetology schools • Develop pipelines of students approaching graduation and licensure • Coordinate career fairs, classroom presentations, and school recruiting events • Maintain relationships with instructors and career services teams • Partner with Center Sales Directors and field leadership on staffing needs and hiring priorities • Provide updates on applicant flow, interviews, and pipeline health • Identify centers experiencing applicant shortages and adjust sourcing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, customer service, or high-volume retail experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required • Previous exposure to beauty, spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses is a plus • Interest in building a career within Talent Acquisition • Comfortable conducting multiple candidate conversations throughout the day • Strong written + verbal communication skills • Naturally organized and comfortable managing multiple open positions and priorities • Able to work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing the candidate experience • Comfortable using data to understand where recruiting efforts are working and where additional attention is needed • Willingness to learn an ATS; previous experience with another ATS or HRIS platform preferred • Positive, curious + coachable with a willingness to jump in and learn
