📋 Description

• Manage submission of marketing creatives to carriers and IFG • Maintain complete records of SMID numbers, timelines, and status updates • Ensure marketing content adheres to Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG) • Serve as the internal compliance gatekeeper before final submissions • Maintain centralized logs of marketing submissions and approvals • Prepare quarterly audit packets for internal review and IFG reporting • Conduct regular post-approval compliance reviews • Review final-stage marketing materials in Trello using the internal compliance checklist • Enforce completion of checklists before submission • Implement version control and audit trail policies • Develop and maintain onboarding workflows for marketing vendors and media buyers • Oversee contracts, compliance attestations, and BAA agreements • Coordinate compliance orientation and document tracking for external vendors • Work with compliance, legal, and Exact Leadership as necessary • Track and report monthly approval, rejection, and time-to-approval metrics • Build dashboards or presentations for executive review • Recommend workflow improvements to reduce submission turnaround times

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a regulated marketing environment (healthcare preferred) • Familiarity with CMS guidelines and Medicare marketing requirements • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience with Trello, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite
