📋 Description

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients • Resolve patient questions and concerns about their ExactCare service • Collect patient balances when amounts are due • Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door, phone-based pharmacy environment • Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients’ behalf • Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure excellent patient care • Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality • Provide backup support during periods of high patient call volume • Assist patients with questions over the phone • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED • Current certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) • Maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy • Must be 18+ years of age • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting • Comfortable working in a fully remote and/or phone-based environment • Ability to utilize computer equipment, technology, and multiple software programs • Thorough pharmacy and drug knowledge • Knowledge of prescription-taking, clarifications, and transfers processes • Ability to comply with state and federal regulations • Availability to work an average of 40 hours per week, including outside normal business hours as needed • Applicants must be eligible to work in this country • Ability to meet the physical demands of hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking • Ability to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory if required
