📋 Description

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance • Assist drivers in locating suitable repair locations • Provide accurate documentation on all maintenance and repair events • Verify that repair and maintenance work is necessary and done at a fair price • Review and authorize repairs for fleet vehicles as necessary • Document instances where cost savings are realized • Ensure the appropriate preventative maintenance schedule is followed • Maintain monthly metrics at or above established goals • Complete transactions accurately while providing a high level of quality service • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Typing – 20-25 WPM • 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive or truck repair • ASE Certified in 3-7 car, or 3-6 truck repair categories • Vocational or Technical education recommended
