📋 Description

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying baskets • Test and balance pool water chemistry, adding chemicals as needed • Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners; perform basic repairs or recommend further service • Clean and maintain pool decks, equipment areas, and surrounding environments • Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical usage, and customer interactions • Communicate with customers regarding pool conditions, maintenance recommendations, and necessary repairs • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred but not required • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Additional technical training is a plus
