📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the designated pharmacy team • Work alongside Pharmacy Supervisors and Managers to drive and support department efficiencies • Contribute to frontline, day-to-day work as assigned by leadership • Train new hires, cross-trainees, and existing team members requiring additional support • Coordinate cross-training completion through communication and scheduling with designated trainees • Support continuous improvement projects, including training guide and SOP development • Support leadership in diagnosing and improving team member performance • Lead by example and support company and department goals • Demonstrate AnewHealth’s Core Values in communications and interactions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma / GED required • Certified Technician with their home state’s Board of Pharmacy • Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes • Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow and processes in assigned department highly preferred • Strong attention to detail • Strong time management and organizational abilities • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication • High-level understanding of adjudicating claims and overcoming rejections • Ability to adapt to different training outcomes • Ability to develop training schedules/programs aligned with department goals and expectations • Ability to multi-task and support various aspects within Operations • Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis • Applicants must be eligible to work in this country
