📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring effectiveness and potential side effects • Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions • Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems • Deliver care through telehealth while building trusted relationships with patients and care teams • Contribute to evolving behavioral health programs • Practice with meaningful clinical autonomy alongside behavioral health providers, primary care teams, and operational partners

🎯 Requirements

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license, Texas required • Active DEA registration • At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based behavioral health • Experience providing psychiatric medication management • Ability to independently manage complex cases using strong clinical judgment • Commitment to full-time practice • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills • Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools
