• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key banking and capital markets clients • Serve as the primary contact for strategic discussions and identify client needs, pain points, and value-creation opportunities • Lead creation and delivery of technical proposals tailored to client requirements • Collaborate with technology architects, risk analysts, compliance experts, advisory, technology, and operations teams to design integrated solutions • Oversee performance and expansion of assigned client accounts using analytics and performance metrics • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contract negotiations, and account growth strategies • Achieve or exceed 20% year-over-year revenue growth for managed accounts • Coordinate global teams, resolve interdependencies, reduce silos, and promote knowledge sharing • Monitor banking and capital markets trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and client presentations • Mentor junior team members and develop guidance on client management, proposal creation, and growth strategies
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 15+ years in banking, capital markets, or financial consulting • At least 5 years in a leadership or client-facing role • Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams • Expertise in technical design discussions and strategic consulting for large-scale engagements • Deep knowledge of banking and capital markets operations, including trading, risk management, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation • Technical acumen in fintech, data analytics, cloud computing, and AI applications within financial services • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and advanced AI/ML platforms • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in proposal development and designing technical workflows • Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously • Ability to lead technical delivery teams while maintaining quality, timelines, and strategic alignment • Experience with performance metrics, forecasting, and revenue targets • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and manage diverse stakeholders • Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Data Management solutions and leading technologies/tools • Ability to adapt methodologies to client needs • Experience presenting to individuals, groups, and executives • Experience conducting internal training programs • Conflict resolution capability • Frequent travel to client sites in the U.S. may be required
• Base salary of USD $200,000 - $280,000 per year • Benefits information provided via the employer's U.S. careers and benefits website • Compensation may exceed the posted range for higher-cost zones such as California, New York, and New Jersey
