📋 Description

• Support the Sr. Lead, Data Product Owner in planning and executing the product roadmap • Translate business and user needs into Product Requirements Documents, user stories, and technical requirements • Develop deep understanding of application functionality and user workflows to identify product enhancements and process improvements • Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with the PM • Collaborate with data scientists to identify user behavior trends and product opportunities or shortcomings • Track project timelines, sprint schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks; communicate project status to stakeholders • Develop and maintain product documentation, project plans, and decision logs • Improve project workflows and documentation standards • Support day-to-day application administration, including content management, user support, and maintenance • Perform quality assurance testing across user roles to validate new features • Coordinate with technical teams to investigate, triage, and resolve user issues • Develop user guides, training videos, and user communications to support product engagement • Understand diverse user workflows and needs to guide product enhancements • Gather and synthesize user feedback for product enhancements and backlog prioritization • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and end users • Support stakeholder engagement and user-facing presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field • Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data products • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement • Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies, products, or business domains • A team player and self-starter • Experience supporting web-based or mobile software applications (preferred) • Experience with data analytics or product performance KPIs (preferred) • Experience implementing AI-enabled features or workflow enhancements (preferred) • Bachelor's Degree
