âą Train and mentor new and experienced DRG auditors âą Build easy-to-follow training materials, guides, and online modules âą Review audits for accuracy, provide helpful feedback, and coach coders âą Spot trends, analyze root causes, and improve overall coding quality âą Help shape smarter, more efficient audit processes âą Keep our team up to date with the latest rules, tools, and best practices
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years of DRG and/or APR DRG auditing and training experience âą RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC certifications (required) âą Strong communication and presentation skills âą Deep knowledge of DRG audit processes and compliance standards âą Experience coaching others and developing training materials âą Organized, detail-oriented, and great at giving feedback that makes a difference
