📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical relationship with client executives and shape deals • Own end-to-end technical vision and delivery for enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI programs • Set technical standards through reference architectures, reusable accelerators, governance, and evaluation practices • Partner with sales and practice leaders to shape pursuits, complex deals, SOWs, estimates, and delivery approaches • Serve as senior technical voice in client pursuits and executive conversations • Build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and intellectual property • Identify account expansion opportunities and develop follow-on pipeline • Lead and grow global, multidisciplinary AI teams • Define AI roadmaps and implementation strategies with business and technology leaders • Mentor architects and engineers • Own architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from concept to production • Design secure, resilient, highly available AI systems at enterprise scale • Design LLM-powered applications, advanced retrieval, and multi-agent systems • Define memory, context, planning, tool-use, and reasoning strategies • Contribute to architecture, critical-path code, design reviews, and complex technical problems • Design APIs, microservices, and cloud-native AI services • Guide software architecture, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability • Architect AI governance frameworks and model-safety guardrails • Establish LLMOps evaluation pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production governance • Define evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, reliability, latency, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Expert Python • REST APIs and microservices • FastAPI • Distributed systems • Cloud-native architecture and deployment • Prompt engineering, tool and function calling, and RAG • At least one production Agentic AI system • Deep experience with one of Azure, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Claude • Kubernetes • CI/CD for AI • Automated evaluations, experiment tracking, observability, and model lifecycle management • Governance frameworks, guardrails, model safety, compliance, and auditability • Depth in several orchestration, advanced retrieval, agentic pattern, model customization, or frontier model technologies • 10–15 years across software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or enterprise architecture, with progression into senior technical leadership • Proven track record architecting and deploying production-scale AI from strategy through implementation • Experience in consulting, services, or client-facing delivery, including pre-sales or solution shaping • Experience leading globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • Master's degree preferred
