📋 Description

• Open national title orders • Assist with setting up and implementing new clients • Manage and track national title orders • Provide daily reporting of new orders • Communicate turn times to the business unit • Maintain communication with internal staff, national attorneys, clients, management, and asset management companies • Address client inquiries, feedback, and escalated issues professionally and promptly • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • High School diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years of administrative work and customer service experience • Knowledge of real estate, title insurance industry, and vendor management • Proven customer service skills • Advanced computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft software products • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and use multiple systems simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to quickly learn new skills, processes, and procedures
