📋 Description

• Oversee the eClose department managing RON and iPEN processes • Manage staff performance, attendance, training, payroll approval, staffing, coaching, counseling, and annual reviews • Ensure daily work completion, production, performance, quality, and employee adherence to goals • Assess, grow, maintain, and improve the eClose and eNotary vendor network • Monitor COGS, client-level SLAs, customer satisfaction, vendor quality, and eClose metrics • Develop and maintain departmental and external vendor processes and procedures • Perform employee work audits and ensure task accuracy • Address escalated client, vendor, employee, and eClosing issues • Ensure adherence to eClose regulations, company policies, client requirements, and state guidelines • Participate in client audits, including pre-audit questionnaires and responses • Provide departmental reporting and advise upper management of escalated issues • Coordinate with other ServiceLink departments to meet client expectations • Recommend staffing levels, overtime, hiring candidates, system enhancements, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous management experience • Title, closing, or mortgage industry experience • High School diploma or equivalent required • Ability to recognize problems beyond company, client, and state regulations and requirements • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight client deadlines • Good organizational skills • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work additional hours when needed • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams • Tech savvy and forward thinking • Detail oriented, efficient, and organized • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
