📋 Description

• Serve as the designated SME and point of contact for the team and internal and external departments. • Handle escalated calls and emails involving vendors, clients, third parties, and internal departments. • Assist management with setting team expectations and shared goals. • Perform process and production audits. • Lead trainings with team members as needed. • Manage and resolve client escalations. • Participate in client calls as requested by management. • Assist with creating new procedures and training processes. • Conduct calls with vendors, clients, third parties, and internal departments. • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to team members and management. • Assist with bid processing functions as needed. • Perform other duties assigned by management. • This role is not responsible for providing or communicating corrective action to staff.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Portfolio Management, National Real Estate Management, and/or Pre-Foreclosure knowledge/experience preferred. • Proven customer service/communication skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Practical office experience. • Must be able to use computers and be proficient in Microsoft software products. • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred. • Property Management, Construction, REO, and/or Property Insurance experience preferred. • Contract Administration, Scope of Work/Service Line Agreement Compliance preferred. • Polished decision making and critical thinking skills. • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. • M-F 8:30-5:00 availability.
