📋 Description

• Recruit new qualified vendors for the database • Maintain professional vendor relationships • Update vendor profiles, county coverage areas, products, fees, and base schedule information • Review and monitor vendor performance and quality • Communicate with vendors regarding performance, quality, processes, and expectations • Assist vendors with ServiceLink applications, including EXOS and mobile apps • Resolve billing and payment inquiries • Maintain team folders • Meet production and accuracy goals • Follow up on appointment updates and vendor-related tasks • Answer incoming phone calls • Collaborate with internal departments • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Basic Excel knowledge; VLookup, formulas, and pivot tables are a plus but not required • Ability to recognize problems outside mandated company, client, and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and meet tight client deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to work overtime if needed • Knowledge of basic smartphone functions
