📋 Description

• Maintain and monitor the full vendor order pipeline to ensure timely progress and completion • Monitor the team phone queue and accept inbound calls to assist vendors with questions, updates, or issue resolution • Conduct outbound calls to vendors and manage incoming vendor inquiries • Ensure accurate fee management and proper documentation for each order • Confirm vendor compliance with operational requirements • Send proactive reminders regarding quality standards, turnaround times, platform or website usage, and performance expectations • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational challenges affecting vendor performance or order resolution • Suggest workflow enhancements, process improvements, and best practices • Maintain communication patterns and service-level expectations across the vendor panel • Manage vendor timelines, appointments, and engagement agreements • Follow Independence Guidelines and vendor management guidelines • Ensure appropriate escalation paths and timely resolution • Attend regular department meetings and provide feedback • Meet department productivity and quality goals • Communicate regularly with Vendor Management and Directors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required • High School diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology • Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to type 30 wpm • One to three years of office experience • Ability to maintain positive and professional business relationships with vendors and internal staff • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
