📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy • Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility • Review operational scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement decisions • Provide expert feedback to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or closely related general operations management role • Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week • Strong written English communication skills • Must be eligible to work without H1-B or STEM OPT support • Independent contractor engagement
