📋 Description

• Serve as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation • Act as the primary point of contact for the agent network and third-party services • Ensure systems compliance • Provide allocation recommendations to drive quality and customer satisfaction • Manage escalations • Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance • Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and third-party costs • Act as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation • Work with team members to ensure the best customer experience • Work with IT on system enhancements • Document all interactions with agents and Relo

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience) • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication skills • Domestic Household Goods background preferred • Self-motivated
